Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) was introduced in 2007 as a mandatory document in the Home Information Pack. From 1st October 2008 every home and non dwelling (commercial property, officer, retail shops, warehouse etc) needs an EPC when sold or rented.

The EPC indicates the Energy Efficiency and CO2 rating for a property on a scale of A-G (A being most efficient). The EPC is issued by a qualified energy assessor following a survey of the property.

Green Consultants provide you these certificates quickly and efficiently to smooth your sale and renting process. Contact us today for further details or to instruct us.
